WitFoo sells only through the channel. Every legitimate order goes through one of the partners below, or through a reseller who buys from one of them. This page exists so you can check.

There are three, and that is the whole list.
Through a channel partner
A distributor, integrator or managed security provider. They carry the margin, the deployment work and your first line of support. The seven transacting today are listed below, and our partners page has more on each.
US federal, through the GSA schedule
WitFoo SKUs are carried on TD SYNNEX's GSA Multiple Award Schedule, number 47QTCA19D00MM. WitFoo holds no schedule of its own — if a seller tells you otherwise, that is worth pausing on.
Start with the trial, which costs nothing
A fully featured 15-day appliance with no data caps, published openly with no form and no sales call. Nobody needs to sell you a trial, and nobody should be charging you for one.

How to tell a genuine quote
Our prices and products are published, which makes a fake comparatively easy to spot. Five things to look at.
- The seller is one of the partners named on this page
- Or they can tell you which of them they buy through. WitFoo sells only through the channel, so every legitimate quote traces back to one of these organisations. A seller who cannot name their route to us does not have one.
- The price structure matches what we publish
- Flat annual fee per appliance, no data meters. Volume discounts apply per product line; government, nonprofit and education receive 15%, which stacks with volume on the order total. Every list price is on our pricing page. A quote priced per gigabyte, per event or per user is not a WitFoo quote.
- The products are the ones that exist
- Conductor, Reporter and Analytics, plus a Console that is free with every deployment. Reporter and Analytics each include a Conductor. If a quote lists a WitFoo product not on our pricing page, it is not ours.
- The trial came from us
- The 15-day trial appliance is published openly, with no form and no sales call, and it is fully featured with no data caps. Nobody needs to sell you a trial.
- If anything looks wrong, ask us directly
- Send us the quote, the seller, or the site. We will tell you whether it is genuine. We would much rather answer that question than have you find out later.
What we do not do
Stated plainly, because knowing what does not exist is half of knowing what is real.

We do not sell directly. Every order goes through a partner, without exception.

We do not sell through cloud marketplaces. There is no marketplace purchase path today. An older WitFoo Precinct listing still surfaces in search — Precinct was renamed WitFoo Analytics — but it is not a way to buy the current product.

We do not offer WitFoo as a hosted service. It runs on infrastructure you control. If you want someone else to operate it, that is what our managed security provider partners do.

We do not meter your data. If a quote prices WitFoo per gigabyte, per event or per user, it did not come from us.

We do not charge for trials, and we do not gate them behind a form.
Questions people actually ask
How do I buy WitFoo?
Through a WitFoo channel partner. WitFoo is channel-first and channel-only, so you place the order with a distributor, integrator or managed security provider rather than with us directly. The seven partners transacting today are World Wide Technology, Accenture Federal Services, TD SYNNEX, Tech Data Australasia, Kordia, Ardalyst and SSS Cybersecurity. US federal buyers can procure through TD SYNNEX’s GSA Multiple Award Schedule, which carries the WitFoo SKUs.
Can I buy WitFoo directly from WitFoo?
No. Every order goes through a partner. That is a deliberate commercial model rather than a restriction — partners carry the margin, the deployment work and the first line of support, and it means the people implementing WitFoo have a relationship with you that we do not have to broker.
Does WitFoo hold a GSA schedule?
No. The GSA Multiple Award Schedule carrying the WitFoo SKUs is TD SYNNEX’s, number 47QTCA19D00MM. We hold no schedule of our own, and any seller claiming a WitFoo-held GSA schedule is describing something that does not exist.
Can I buy WitFoo through AWS Marketplace or another cloud marketplace?
No. There is no cloud-marketplace purchase path for WitFoo today. An older WitFoo Precinct listing still surfaces in search results — Precinct was renamed WitFoo Analytics — but it is not a way to buy the current product. If you find WitFoo offered on a marketplace, it is not a route we recognise.
Is WitFoo available as SaaS?
No. WitFoo runs on infrastructure you control — a cloud tenancy, a data centre, an office with no data centre, or a fully air-gapped network. There is no WitFoo-hosted service to subscribe to. If you want someone else to run it, that is what our managed security provider partners do.
How do I try WitFoo before buying?
Deploy the 15-day trial appliance. It is fully featured with no data caps for the trial period, there is no form in front of it, and you do not need to talk to anyone first. Pricing is published too, so you can size a purchase before you speak to a partner.
How can I tell whether a WitFoo quote or reseller is genuine?
Check three things. The seller should be one of the partners named on this page, or able to tell you which of them they buy through. The pricing should be a flat annual fee per appliance with no data meters, matching our published list. And the products should be the ones we actually sell. If any of those does not line up, send us the quote and we will tell you. We would rather check than have you find out afterwards.
